Self control is not about being perfect, 

It's about making the best decisions you can, At the moment.

It's about learning to manage your emotions and actions , 

And not letting them be incharge of you.

It's about being mindful of your thoughts and actions, 

And making sure they align with your values.

Self control is a skill that takes time to master and practice to develop,

 But it's a skill that is worth developing.

Because when you have self control, 

You have the power to shape your own destiny.
